Admiral Quinn's Note: Lt. Hunt has not made me regret giving her that field commission. Since then, she has exceeded my expectations and pushed that Miranda class cruiser well beyond its limits. Proving herself to be quite the tatical officer I am promoting her to Lt. Cmdr. and assiging her command of the U.S.S. Quetzalcoatl. Let's give her something with some real firepower and see what she can do.
Admrial T'nae's Note: Lt. Cmdr. Hunt has become a valuable asset to me in dealing with the Romulans. However, I believe the Saber class vessel she commands impeeds her ability to assist me further. Therefore, I can only conclude it logical to promote her to Commander and assign her command of the U.S.S. Phoenix.
Admiral Quinn's Note: Kurland has requested another Captain to help him over at Deep Space 9. While I owe him one, I'm fresh out of captains. However, I think I can spare Cmdr. Hunt. Guess I'll have to make her a captain. Kurland will make her earn it, not that I would give her the promotion if she wasn't ready. Now, if I want my new captain to survive Kurland's tasks, I better assign her command of the U.S.S. Paradox.
Admiral Quinn's Note: The Cardassian front has become more dangerous of late with the involvment of the Terran Empire. I must agree with Captain Hunt when she stated in her log: "This has to be the 15th reported incident with the Terran Empire and this 'dark' universe. There are an infinite number of other universes out there, but ours and theirs seem to forever be intertwined." Worse yet, it appears the attack by the Borg a few years ago is only the tip of the ice berg. I'm pleased to see the Hydra class vessals are ready for deployment. To that effect, I need some of my best captains to command them which is why I am assigning Lyril command of the U.S.S. Mobius. Besides, she says I owe her a Captain's Quarters after having her report to Kurland and stuffing her and her crew in that Defiant class escort.
